The agreement between you and the platform: what you may do, what we may do, how rewards and payouts work, and what happens when something goes wrong. Please read the sections on rewards and on account restrictions in particular — they are the ones that decide outcomes.
1. Accepting these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], for the use of the platform and its Android application. By creating an account, or by using the service, you agree to them.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming that you may bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Who may use the service
- You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE].
- You must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live.
- You must not be barred from using the service under the law that applies to you, and you must not be on any applicable sanctions list.
- You must have one account. Not two, not an account for a family member, and not an account you operate for somebody else.
- You must not be using the service from a country where the platform does not operate. Availability depends on the payout methods configured for a country, which are described in the withdrawal policy.
3. Your account
Registration
An account is created in the Android app with an email address, a display name and a password. You must give accurate information, and you must keep it current enough that we can reach you about your account.
One account per person. The handle you choose must not impersonate somebody else, must not infringe anyone’s rights, and must not be chosen to deceive.
Keeping it secure
You are responsible for your password, and for what happens through a session you have not ended. That has two practical consequences:
- Choose a password you do not use anywhere else. The platform stores a strong hash of it, but a password shared with another site is compromised the day that site is.
- Review your signed-in devices periodically. The app lists them, and can sign out every device except the one you are holding. If you see one you do not recognise, sign the others out.
Nobody from the platform will ask for your password
Not support, not an operator, not anyone. We will never ask for your password, an authentication code, a private key or a recovery phrase, and a message that does is not from us however convincing it looks.
4. How the service may be used
Use the platform as it is meant to be used: take part in the opportunities honestly, and let the rewards follow from that.
The following are not allowed:
- Creating more than one account, or helping somebody else create a duplicate.
- Referring yourself, or arranging a referral that is not a genuine invitation — including inviting an account you control, or one created for the purpose.
- Automating activity: scripts, emulators, farmed devices, or anything else that completes opportunities without a person doing them.
- Submitting false proof for an opportunity, or completing one in a way that defeats what it is for.
- Exploiting a fault in the platform — including one you have discovered — instead of reporting it.
- Interfering with the service, or attempting to reach data that is not yours.
- Using the service to break any law that applies to you, including money-laundering and sanctions rules.
- Impersonating the platform or its staff.
Attempting any of the above is a breach of these terms whether or not it succeeds.
5. Earning opportunities
Opportunities are offered by the platform and, where a partner has requested the activity, checked by that partner. Each one states what it asks for and what it pays before you start it, and those stated requirements are the rule that decides the outcome.
- An opportunity must be completed as described, within the time stated on it, by the person who holds the account.
- Completing it does not by itself entitle you to the reward. The activity has to be confirmed.
- A refusal is recorded against the opportunity with the reason, and a refused opportunity cannot be resubmitted.
- Where a partner supplies the confirmation, that partner decides whether the activity happened. The platform relays it rather than second-guessing it.
No earning is guaranteed
The platform offers opportunities; it does not promise an outcome. What is available at any moment changes, and so does what it pays. Nothing here is an offer of income, and no figure anywhere on this site or in the app is a promise of what you will earn.
6. Rewards, and the three states a reward can be in
Rewards are held in a wallet that keeps states apart on purpose, because the difference between them is the whole point:
| State | What it means | What you can do with it |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | The platform has recorded the reward, and the activity behind it has not been confirmed yet. | Nothing. It is visible, and it is deliberately **not** counted as earned and not included in what you can withdraw. |
| Confirmed | The activity was confirmed and the reward is yours. | It forms part of your available balance, and it can be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal policy. |
| Reversed | A confirmed reward was taken back, because the activity it rested on turned out not to justify it — a partner withdrew the confirmation, the same activity was credited twice, or the attempt breached these terms. | Nothing, and the balance is reduced accordingly. A reversal is recorded with its reason, and the record stays. |
| Rejected | The attempt was refused, so no reward was ever credited. | Nothing. Nothing was credited, so nothing is removed. |
This is why pending money is never shown as though it were yours: a reward that has not been confirmed may never become one, and a balance that counted it would have to be reduced later — which is a worse experience than waiting.
Every movement of value is recorded in a double-entry ledger. That is a technical detail with a practical consequence: the platform can explain a balance line by line, and a correction is a new entry rather than a quiet edit.
7. AK Coin
AK Coin is the platform’s own unit for rewards. It records what you have earned here and it can be moved through the payout methods the platform supports.
What AK Coin is not
It is not a cryptocurrency, not a security, not a token listed anywhere, and not an investment. Nothing about it appreciates, nothing about holding it earns a return, and nothing in the platform promises that its value will rise or stay the same. It is a record of rewards, and it is only useful on this platform and through its payout methods.
- AK Coin has no market, no order book, and no price the platform publishes.
- Where a conversion is involved in a payout — as it is when a balance becomes a currency at a mobile financial service, or a digital asset — the rate and the fee belong to the payout method and are shown to you before you submit a request. They are configuration, not a promise, and they may change.
- AK Coin cannot be sent to another person’s account. It moves between you and the platform, not between users.
8. XP and levels
Experience points record how much you have taken part. They move you up the platform’s levels, and each level lists what it unlocks.
- **XP is not money and does not convert into any.** It cannot be withdrawn, and there is no route by which it becomes a balance.
- It is kept deliberately apart from the balance everywhere it appears, so the two are never mistaken for each other.
- Level thresholds and the rewards attached to a level are configuration. They may change, and a change applies to what happens next rather than retrospectively reducing a level you hold.
9. Referrals
The referral programme lets you invite somebody. The full rules are in the referral policy, which forms part of these terms; the essentials are:
- Sharing your link or code is an invitation, not a payment. **Joining through your invitation does not by itself earn anything.**
- A referral becomes qualified only when the person you invited completes the activity the programme treats as qualifying.
- Referring yourself is prohibited. So is a referral arrangement that is not a genuine invitation between two people who are both real.
- A referral reward may be pending until the qualifying activity is confirmed, and may be reversed if the activity behind it is withdrawn or found not to justify it.
- We may refuse a referral, and withhold its reward, where the programme’s rules were not met or where the arrangement looks engineered to produce a reward rather than to invite somebody.
10. Daily reward and Spin
Two features award on a schedule and by chance, and each has limits the platform applies:
- **Daily reward.** One claim per day. Claiming on consecutive days builds a streak, and the streak is what the platform awards more for. Missing a day ends the streak and it begins again at the next claim; days already claimed are not affected.
- **Spin.** A spin spends a spin ticket. Tickets are granted by taking part — the daily claim among other things — within a daily limit, and a maximum number can be held at once. The prize is selected by the server from the wheel’s current prize table; the app only asks for the result and displays it.
The limits, the prize table and what a streak is worth are configuration. They may be changed, and the change applies from when it takes effect rather than to awards already made.
11. Withdrawals
A payout is a request to move part of your available balance through a payout method. The withdrawal policy sets out the detail; what these terms add is responsibility and discretion:
- You are responsible for the destination details you supply. A payout sent to the destination you entered is a payment made, even if you intended a different one, and the platform cannot recall it.
- Only the available balance can be paid out. Pending rewards are not part of it.
- A request is reviewed before it is paid, and may be refused — where the destination does not match the method, where a verification requirement has not been met, or where the request breaches these terms. Where a refusal releases the amount, it returns to your available balance.
- Payout methods, their minimums, their fees and the countries they serve are configuration and may change. The terms that apply to a payout are the ones shown when you submit it.
We do not promise a processing time. Your request’s own status in the app is the authority on where it has reached, and we would rather point you at that than quote a schedule and miss it.
12. Restrictions, suspension and closure
An account can be restricted, suspended or closed — and we can withhold a reward, a referral or a payout — where these terms are breached, where a rule of the programme was not met, or where the platform has to act to protect itself or its users. Circumstances that lead there include:
- Duplicate accounts, or an account created for somebody else.
- Engineered referrals, self-referral, or an invitation that is not a genuine one.
- Automated or farmed activity, or proof submitted that is not what it claims to be.
- A pattern of activity that only makes sense if it is designed to extract rewards.
- Attempting to exploit the platform, or interfering with it.
- A legal requirement that we stop serving you.
Where it is possible and lawful to tell you the general reason, we will — a restriction with no explanation is not something we want to do. But we will not disclose the specifics of how abuse is detected, the thresholds involved, or another account’s information.
What happens to your balance if an account is closed
A balance that was genuinely earned and confirmed is paid out, subject to the withdrawal policy and to any lawful restriction. A reward that was credited by breaching these terms is not, and it may be reversed. Closing an account does not delete the money record — see the privacy policy on retention.
13. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, its design, its name and its marks belong to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service as it is offered — nothing more, and no ownership of anything in it.
What is yours stays yours: your account details, and anything you submit. You give us permission to use what you submit to run the service — to check an opportunity, to operate the referral programme, to investigate a case — and for nothing else.
14. Third-party services
Payouts are carried out by third-party providers, and an opportunity is often checked by the partner that asked for it. Those parties are not us, and their own terms apply to what they do. We choose providers with care, but we cannot be responsible for a service we do not operate.
The Android application is distributed from this website. Any other source is not ours, and a build from anywhere else cannot be checked against the checksum published on the download page.
15. Disclaimers
The service is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that it will be free of faults, or that a particular opportunity, reward or payout method will be available at any given time.
- We do not warrant any level of earnings, and no statement anywhere in the service is a promise of one.
- We do not warrant that an opportunity’s partner will confirm an activity.
- We do not warrant that a payout method will remain available in your country.
- Nothing in this section limits a warranty that the law does not allow us to exclude.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of data beyond what the platform’s own records hold.
Our total liability under these terms is limited to [LIABILITY CAP — TO BE SET BY COUNSEL], together with any amount that the law does not permit to be limited.
Why this clause has no figure
A liability cap is a commercial decision, and writing a number into a policy nobody has agreed to would not make it agreed. The clause is drafted, and the figure is a decision for the operator with counsel rather than a default filled in by whoever wrote the page.
17. Changes to the service and to these terms
The service changes: features are added, opportunities come and go, limits and configurations move, and a payout method may be withdrawn where it stops being viable. We may change the service, and we may change these terms.
- A change to these terms is published on this page with a new effective date.
- Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make it visible rather than reissuing the text quietly — by notice in the app, since email is not available.
- A change applies from when it takes effect. It does not apply retrospectively to a reward already confirmed, and it does not reduce a level you already hold.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the service.
Before starting proceedings, please write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Most disputes are a question about a specific record, and the platform can answer those directly — which is faster for you and cheaper for everyone.
This clause is a placeholder
The governing law and the jurisdiction have **not** been decided. They are matters for the entity that operates the platform and for its counsel, and they cannot be inferred from where the software runs or where its authors are. Until they are set, this clause states no agreement, and it will be replaced before these terms take effect.
19. General
- If a clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- A failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of it.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor entity, and will publish the change here.
- These terms, the policies they link to, and the rules shown on an individual opportunity are the whole agreement between us and you about the service.
